Celiacs: gluten-free bomb dough

I will teach you how to prepare the traditional gluten-free bomb dough for all celiacs, so that they can taste this delicious sweet sandwich with a simple but exquisite filling of dulce de leche, pastry cream or gluten-free chocolate cream.

Ingredients:

150 grams of gluten-free flour
4 eggs
3 tablespoons hot skim milk
130 cc of skimmed milk
130 cc of water
100 grams of butter
Salt, a pinch

Preparation:

Boil the water, milk, butter and a pinch of salt in a pot. Then, add all the gluten-free flour at once and cook for a few moments. Remove the pot from the heat and add the eggs, interspersing with the milk. Stir the ingredients and place them in a sleeve.

Butter and sprinkle a plate with gluten-free flour and form the bombs or jacob sticks. Cook in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to allow the pieces to dry and cook them for 15 more minutes. Remove them carefully and when they are cold you can fill them.
