I present you a quick and simple recipe to prepare the delicious fainá, but in this case we will use pea flour that does not contain gluten and in this way we will obtain an aroma and flavor different from the traditional one.
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free pea flour
3 cups of water (or more)
1 grated onion
2 tablespoons of common oil
Salt and pepper, a pinch
grated cheese, to taste
oregano, to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix them very well. Then pour this preparation into a pan or pizza pan previously greased with oil.
Next, cook in the oven at moderate temperature for about 30 minutes, until the fainá comes off slightly from the edges. Lastly, remove and cut the portions.
