Celiacs: fainá with gluten-free chickpea flour

We will prepare for all those who suffer from celiac disease a delicious and simple recipe for corn fainá so that they can enjoy it as a starter on the weekend or accompany it with a portion of a variety of gluten-free pizzas.

Ingredients:

2 cups chickpea flour
1 can of blended or processed corn
3 cups of water or gluten-free broth
oregano, a pinch
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
oil, quantity required
Salt to taste

Preparation:

In a container, place all the ingredients except the oil and then mix with a spoon very well so that they are integrated.

Then in a pizzera or source greased with the oil, pour the previous mixture and cook it in a moderate oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. When you remove the fainá from the oven you can unmold it and cut it into portions to taste.
