Celiacs: gluten-free ravioli dough

With this gluten-free recipe for all celiacs you can make the dough for the delicious ravioli with different fillings such as meat, chicken or cottage cheese and you will get simple combinations that allow you to taste this healthy food.

Ingredients:

1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of cassava starch
1/2 cup of skimmed milk powder
100 grams of butter
2 tablespoons gluten-free self-rising powder
1 egg
Salt to taste

Preparation:

To prepare the chuño, cook 100 cc of water in a pot with a tablespoon of cassava starch, until you get a transparent paste.

Then in a bowl, sift the cassava, the cornstarch, add salt to taste, the gluten-free self-rising powder, skimmed milk powder, the egg, the butter and finally the chuño. Stir all the ingredients very well.

Knead the previous preparation until it forms a smooth dough and roll it out with the rolling pin. Fill, assemble and cut the ravioli in the usual way.
