  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 medium onion or ½ if it is large
  • 100 ml. cooking cream or evaporated milk

Preparation
  1. To make the cauliflower cream, we will first cut the cauliflower florets, wash and reserve them. Chop the onion and add it to a pot with a little oil, let it cook until it begins to take color.
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. We add them together with the casserole with the onion and also the cauliflower florets. Cover with water and let it cook over medium heat until everything is tender.
  3. Once everything is well cooked, we grind it.
  4. We put it back on the fire, add a little salt, stir and add heavy cream or evaporated milk, until we have a fine cream. We test to see if it is to the point of salt.
  5. And ready. Our cream is now, simple and very rich.
  6. If you have a quick or express cooker, you will have the cream in 5 minutes.
