- 1 cauliflower
- Grated cheese
- For the bechamel.
- 500 ml. milk
- 50 gr. Of flour
- 50 gr. of butter

- We cut the cauliflower into stalks and wash them.
- We put a saucepan with plenty of water and salt, when it starts to boil add the cauliflower stalks and let it cook until the cauliflower is cooked.
- We prepare the bechamel. In a saucepan or frying pan we put the butter over medium heat.
- When it has melted, we will add the flour, stir well and let it cook and take on a little color.
- Then we will add the milk little by little, which we will have previously heated in the microwave and we will not stop stirring with the rod.
- We will add the salt and the nutmeg. When it is thick and to our liking, it will be ready.
- When the cauliflower is cooked, remove and drain well.
- We put the cauliflower in a suitable baking dish, cover with the béchamel that we have prepared and sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
