Salads are a fresh and healthy food that should not be missed at lunch or dinner, for this reason I propose to make a simple salad, very tasty and with few ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 large tender lettuce plant
3 large, tender carrots
1/2 cup of peanuts, peeled, roasted and chopped
For the dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pot of natural yogurt
Preparation:
Wash the lettuce, drain it and dry it well. Then cut the leaves into pieces with your hands. Wash and peel the carrots and then grate them. Prepare a salad bowl and place the lettuce, carrots, peanuts and mix these ingredients.
To prepare the dressing, place the mayonnaise and yogurt in a bowl and mix them together. Add the dressing to the salad and serve. If you do not consume it at the moment, take it to the refrigerator.
