Falafel is a crushed chickpea croquette. A typical preparation in the Middle East to which we can incorporate many ingredients in order to create different versions. This time at home we have tried these carrot falafel that I am sure we will repeat.
Falafel is traditionally served with yogurt or tahini sauce, but you can accompany it with the sauce that you like the most. Or how we have done without sauces and accompany them with a good salad. If falafel is tasty enough, why camouflage its flavor?
