- 700 gr. of onion
- 30 gr. of butter
- 30 gr. Of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Put the oil and butter in a frying pan. Cook over medium heat so that the butter warms up and melts.
- Once melted add the onion cut into julienne. Fry over medium / low heat for about 35 minutes and season.
- When the onion is soft, add the sugar, spreading it well over the top in equal parts. Cook for another 5 minutes until caramelized.
- At the end add a splash of vinegar.
It can also be frozen without problems.
