Ingredients
  • 1 pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 1 cebolla great
  • Brandy
  • Honey
  • Cane sugar
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. In a frying pan, we put a good jet of olive oil that we will heat over high heat. Meanwhile, we will go slicing the tenderloin, neither very thin nor very thick, and we will seasoning.
  2. The next step is to toss that sliced ​​tenderloin into the skillet when the oil has heated up enough. We want it to be done but juicy on the inside, so we will pour it with the hot oil and once it is done and browned on the outside, we will lower the heat to half.
  3. While the tenderloin is being done, in a small pot, add a few drops of olive oil and the onion well peeled and thinly sliced. We will wait for it to be poached, and then add half a tablespoon of cane sugar, another of rosemary honey and half a glass of brandy. We stir well, so that all the ingredients bind and when it begins to thicken, we set aside.
  4. The only thing that would be left would be to add this sauce to the loin when it is done and that's it. To eat!
