- Water glass 1
- 1 oil tank
- 350 gr of flour (wheat)
- shawl
- 1 cebolla
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Mix 350 gr of flour, 1 glass of water and the same amount (1 glass) of olive oil and salt in a bowl.
- We knead until the dough comes off easily from our hands (if it sticks, we will have to add flour until we get a robust and consistent dough).
- Once we have achieved that we do not get dough between our fingers, we do it with a rolling pin and stretch the dough until we get a thin plate.
- Preheat the oven to 180º for 15 minutes
