Ingredients
  • 360 g. pasta
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 dientes de ajo chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 8 slices of mozzarella, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a bowl we mix the tomatoes cherry, mozzarella, garlic and basil.
  2. We cook the pasta in plenty of salt water following the manufacturer's recommendations, approximately 8-12 minutes.
  3. When the pasta is ready, we drain it and the we mix with the rest of ingredients the bowl.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste, we dress with olive oil extra virgin and we serve
