Canned cauliflower in oil

We will prepare an exquisite canned cauliflower in oil so that you can savor it as an aperitif and also accompany it with a food dish that contains meat, fish or chicken.

Ingredients:

1 cauliflower
white wine vinegar, amount needed
olive oil, amount needed
Salt and bay leaves, to taste

Preparation:

Wash the cauliflower well, cut it into small pieces and boil them in a pot with white wine vinegar for 5 minutes. Then, remove the preparation from the heat and let the cauliflower pieces drain on a canvas.

Next, place the tocitos in a glass jar with a pinch of salt and two bay leaves and cover completely with olive oil. Finally, sterilize the bottle for 20 minutes so that it can be used in good condition for much longer.
