Canned bell peppers in oil

Canned foods are very useful preparations to keep in the refrigerator and have them to accompany meals, for this reason we will prepare a delicious and simple canning of bell peppers in oil that is very tasty and aromatic.

Ingredients:

1 kilo of fleshy bell peppers
Coarse salt, 1 tablespoon
bay leaves, to taste
2 cloves of garlic
10 grams of peppercorns
oil, quantity required

Preparation:

Wash and dry the bell peppers. Then roast them in the oven until the skin begins to wrinkle. Remove them and arrange them in a well covered container. Once cold, remove the skin, the seeds and the stem very carefully so as not to break them.

Then, dry them with a cloth or cloth and distribute them in jars, interspersing with the coarse salt, peppercorns, bay leaves and sliced ​​garlic cloves. Finally, cover the preparation with oil and keep the jar in the refrigerator until ready to consume.
