Canned foods are very useful preparations to keep in the refrigerator and have them to accompany meals, for this reason we will prepare a delicious and simple canning of bell peppers in oil that is very tasty and aromatic.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of fleshy bell peppers
Coarse salt, 1 tablespoon
bay leaves, to taste
2 cloves of garlic
10 grams of peppercorns
oil, quantity required
Preparation:
Wash and dry the bell peppers. Then roast them in the oven until the skin begins to wrinkle. Remove them and arrange them in a well covered container. Once cold, remove the skin, the seeds and the stem very carefully so as not to break them.
Then, dry them with a cloth or cloth and distribute them in jars, interspersing with the coarse salt, peppercorns, bay leaves and sliced garlic cloves. Finally, cover the preparation with oil and keep the jar in the refrigerator until ready to consume.
