- 700 gr. of onion
- 30 gr. of butter
- 30 gr. Of olive oil

Preparation
- Put the oil and butter in a frying pan. Cook over medium heat so that the butter warms up and melts.
- Once melted add the onion cut into julienne. Salt and pepper and fry over medium / low heat for about 40 minutes.
Notes
