Ingredients
  • 700 gr. of onion
  • 30 gr. of butter
  • 30 gr. Of olive oil
  • shawl
  • pepper

Preparation
  1. Put the oil and butter in a frying pan. Cook over medium heat so that the butter warms up and melts.
  2. Once melted add the onion cut into julienne. Salt and pepper and fry over medium / low heat for about 40 minutes.

Notes
To make a low-fat recipe we can avoid the use of butter. Of course, we must be more careful that it does not stick to us when cooking it.
