In that first quarantine, as I have read, it became fashionable to share the preparation of this coffee on Tik Tok. A network that I do not use, which is why I have not discovered it until now. And it's a shame, because this coffee is perfect for the summer accompanied by some ice. Do you dare to try it?
You only need four ingredients, three in equal proportions, to prepare it: soluble coffee, sugar, hot water and milk or vegetable drink. Plus, of course, a blender; electric if you don't want to spend 10 minutes beating the coffee by hand. Once done, you can decorate it with cinnamon, cocoa or even honey. Don't you already want to try it? Add some chocolate cookies to the equation and you will have the perfect snack.
The recipe
- 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
- Milk or vegetable drink
- Ice (optional)
- In a blender glass or bowl we beat the soluble coffee, the sugar and the hot water, until it thickens and we obtain a coffee cream. It will take a minute or two to do it; some more if you use the hand mixer.
- Once done, place ice cubes if you want, in the glass and fill it up to ⅔ with milk or vegetable drink. After, crown with coffee cream.
- Serve the dalgona coffee immediately.
