Preparation
  1. To prepare the cabbage trinxat, we will start by cleaning the cabbage.
  2. We will remove the thickest leaves, cut into medium pieces and wash well. Peel and cut the potatoes.
  3. We put a pot on the fire with water and a little salt, add the chopped cabbage and potatoes. Let it cook until well cooked. On the other hand, while the vegetables are cooking, chop the garlic, they can be cut into small pieces, chop 3 cloves of garlic.
  4. Cut the bacon into pieces. Heat a large frying pan with a splash of oil, add the garlic and the bacon cut into pieces. Let the meat brown.
  5. When the cabbage is with the potatoes, remove and drain well. When the bacon is golden, add the cabbage and potatoes. With the help of a wooden spoon we will chop and mix everything well.
  6. As it browns, we shape it into a roll and let it brown a little on the outside, this gives it a very good flavor. We will taste salt before making the roll in case it is necessary to add a little.
  7. When it is well browned and in the form of a roll. We turn off and ready.
