Ingredients
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1-2 potatoes
  • ½ onion
  • A splash of olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Water or vegetable or chicken broth

Preparation
  1. We clean and cut the vegetables, cabbage and onion.
  2. We put a casserole over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion.
  3. When the onion is a little browned, add the chopped cabbage and sauté it all together for a few minutes.
  4. Add the potatoes and cover with water or broth, until everything is covered, we will have it over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the cabbage and potatoes are tender. We will put a little salt.
  5. When they are already cooked, we remove a little water and we will crush with the blender, we will add water or broth as we like, if thicker or lighter.
  6. We put it back on the fire, taste the salt and add a little pepper if we like.
  7. And ready to eat !!!
  8. Serve very warm.
