Today we made some rich buttered tenderloins. In addition to the butter that gives it that special flavor, it has other ingredients such as garlic, which you will see below along with the method of preparation. If you want to surprise your family with a different but simple recipe, this is your plate.

Ingredients
  • 1 whole and clean pork tenderloin
  • 250 gr unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves of white garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Dehydrated coriander
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. The first thing we will do is thinly slice the pork tenderloin. If it comes already cut, perfect!
  2. The next thing will be to prepare a pan with a splash of olive oil that we will heat. When it is hot we will add the garlic cloves cut into cubes. We will leave the fire until golden brown.
  3. The next thing to do is butter, which will dissolve with the heat of the pan. When it is dissolved, we stir a little and add the juice of one lemon… We stir again.
  4. The last thing will be to take the pork tenderloins together with salt, ground black pepper and dehydrated coriander. Cover the pan, lower the heat to half and let it cook for a few 15-20 minutes approximately. From time to time we uncover and stir so that it does not burn ... And that's it! Buttered tenderloin made and delicious to eat ...
