This chocolate bundt cake has me crazy, it can't be any more good! The result is a dense and moist sponge cake with an intense chocolate flavor that also, for more inri, we are going to bathe with a layer of chocolate. So if you are a fan of very chocolatey cakes, you cannot miss this recipe.

Like all cakes it is a very simple recipe, we will only take into account a couple of things and we will get a very juicy and fluffy chocolate cake. Let's go with the recipe!

Ingredients
  • 225 gr soft butter
  • 410 gr sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 350 gr flour
  • 15 gr bicarbonate
  • 240 ml cream 35%
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 70 gr cocoa powder
  • 160 gr water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 100 g of covered chocolate
  • 100 ml cream
  • ½ teaspoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. To start, we are going to make a homemade buttermilk, this will make our chocolate bundt cake juicier. For this we put the cream in a bowl and add the lemon juice, reserve a few minutes. The result will be that the cream will cut, perfect, that's what we want.
  2. On the other hand we begin to beat, if possible with an electric rod. In a bowl we put the butter, which has to be on the verge of cream, with the sugar. We beat until double the volume.
  3. Now we are adding the eggs one by one and without stopping to beat.
  4. We prepare the cocoa by adding it to hot water, dissolve.
  5. When the eggs are integrated we add the flour, the cocoa powder and the salt that we will have previously sifted. We will add the water with cocoa alternately. In addition, we will also incorporate the buttermilk that we have prepared.
  6. We already have our chocolate dough ready. We pour into the bundt cake mold that we have and that we will have greased.
  7. We go to the oven that we will have preheated to 180ºC for approximately 1 hour. We will prick with a skewer to check that it comes out clean. Unmold and let cool on a rack.
  8. When the bundt cake is ready we prepare the chocolate coating.
  9. In a bowl we put the cream and the chopped chocolate, heat in the 20 by 20 ′ micro until it dissolves. Now we add the butter and the vanilla extract.
  10. We hope it tempers a little and we pour over the chocolate bundt.
