Soupy rice with peppers
Hello everyone! How is going the weekend?. Today I bring you a very simple but very rich recipe that will go great for Sunday lunch, a broth rice with peppers. The rice It is an almost infallible and very versatile ingredient, it fits equally well with vegetables, with chicken and even with seafood, so we have infinite possibilities with it.
In today's recipe we are going to combine it with peppers and we are going to leave it soggy, that with the cold it is doing lately, you want something like that. And without further ado, I leave you with the recipe.

Ingredients:
- Rice
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper (optional)
- 1 Tomate
- Half an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Food coloring
Preparation:
In a pot we are going to heat a little olive oil and we will add the very minced onion and the garlic cloves, peeled and crushed. When everything is poached we will add the tomato cut into small cubes and the peppers cut into strips, when the tomato is discarded (we will help ourselves by crushing it with a wooden spoon) add water, the food coloring and season.
When the water begins to boil we will add the rice and cook until it is done and the amount of broth is to our liking. Clever!.
