If you are thinking of a quick and healthy recipe that you can incorporate into your weekly menu, this broccoli and chicken stir fry will convince you. Doing so will not take you more than 15 minutes, so it becomes a very useful recipe to eat something hot on those days when tiredness and laziness can get us.
El broccoli and chicken They are the two main ingredients of the dish to which we have added onion and chorizo in order to take advantage of what was in the fridge. You can substitute the chorizo for some mushrooms or simply for some nuts and the result will be equally fantastic.
- ½ broccoli
- 3 chubby chicken breast fillets
- ½ white onion
- 6 slices of chorizo
- A pinch of sweet paprika
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Let's cook the broccoli in salted water for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, we cut the breasts into bite-size pieces. Season and fry with a few tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
- When the chicken has color, add the chorizo. Later, when it begins to release greasy, we add the onion and broccoli. Sauté for a couple of minutes until the onion changes color. Season to taste.
- We serve and sprinkle a little paprika.
