Ingredients
  • 1 broccoli
  • Carrots 2
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ onion
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation
  1. We chop the broccoli in florets and place them in a pan.
  2. We peel the carrots and we chop them to incorporate them to the casserole.
  3. We peel the garlic and we crush it. We also put it in the casserole

  5. We pour the water with the stock cube dissolved and bring to a boil
  6. We cook over low heat 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
  7. We shred everything in a food processor until smooth. Season and mix well.
  8. We fry the bacon in a frying pan so that it is very crisp.
