We end the weekend with a soup or light vegetable cream, specifically broccoli, spinach and carrot. A simple, healthy and nutritious recipe that we have accompanied with goat cheese and bacon. An accompaniment that you can eliminate if you are dieting.
The soup of broccoli, goat cheese and bacon it has a lot of color. It can be taken warm during the summer and very hot in winter to tone the body. The ingredients are simple; It will not be a problem for you to find them in your usual supermarket. Do you dare to prepare it?
- 1 broccoli
- Carrots 2
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 4 cups of water
- 4 slices of bacon
- Crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

- Black pepper
- We chop the broccoli in florets and place them in a pan.
- We peel the carrots and we chop them to incorporate them to the casserole.
- We peel the garlic and we crush it. We also put it in the casserole
- We chop the onions and we put them in the casserole with the spinach.
- We pour the water with the stock cube dissolved and bring to a boil
- We cook over low heat 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
- We shred everything in a food processor until smooth. Season and mix well.
- We fry the bacon in a frying pan so that it is very crisp.
- We serve the soup with Goat cheese crumbled and fried bacon.
