Broccoli and spinach cream

  • 1 broccoli
  • 150 gr. spinach
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Preparation
  1. To make the broccoli and spinach cream, we will start by washing the broccoli well and cutting it into bunches. We wash the chard under the tap to remove the earth well, we cut them into pieces.
  2. We peel and cut the onion.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  4. We put a casserole with a jet of oil, when it is hot we add the onion, we let it cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli in pieces, the spinach and the potatoes. Cover with water, add a little salt and pepper. Let it cook until everything is very tender for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. After this time we will check if everything is tender, especially the potatoes.
  7. We remove from the heat, remove a little water in case it is very clear, we reserve it.
  8. We crush the ingredients, if it is too thick we will add water that we have reserved.
  9. We return all the cream to the fire, we taste the salt and rectify and a little pepper if you like.
  10. It only remains to serve it hot, if you like to accompany it with a few pieces of fried bread.
