Eat vegetables every day is important to our health. We can eat them raw, in soups, creams, roasted or in the form of salads, among many other alternatives. Broccoli is one of the vegetables that we like the most at home and this salad is one of the ways we usually present it.
La brocoli salad And smoked salmon is a great starter option. Simple and quick to prepare, it does not take more than 4 ingredients and you can accompany it with your favorite dressing or sauce. I have chosen a simple dressing of extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice but you can use yogurt or tartar sauce. Also, if you accompany it with a cup of brown rice, you will get a complete plate.
- ½ head of large broccoli
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 chive
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- We put water to boil in a pot and we blanch the broccoli flowers 3-4 minutes. Afterwards, we drain and dry well.
- We place in a source together with the chopped smoked salmon and the chives in julienne.
- We dress the broccoli salad with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
