First of all, we will have to defrost the hake and marinate it, about 30 minutes, with two cloves of garlic, finely chopped and the juice of half or a lemon.
Meanwhile, let's go peeling and washing the potatoes. We will cut these into slices of 1/2 cm thick so that later it is easier to cook. We will add a little salt to them and we will fry them in plenty of hot oil, without actually finishing.
Afterwards, we will do our grilled hake loins over medium heat. Then, we will let it cool a little and we will crumble it.
Finally, we will assemble our stuffed potatoes placing a bit of hake between two slices of French fries. We will pass them through flour and beaten egg and fry them again in the same oil until we see that they are browned on both sides.
