Preparation
- To make the breaded mushrooms, we will first start by cleaning the mushrooms.
- We clean them with a kitchen paper or a brush, carefully without rubbing and trying to remove the dirt. We can cut the mushrooms in half if they are very large, so they cook much better inside.
- For the breading we prepare a bowl with a couple of beaten eggs, in another bowl the flour and in another breadcrumbs.
- We salt the mushrooms. First we will pass the mushrooms through flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs. It must be well coated by everything. We leave them for 5 minutes prepared with the batter so that it hardens a little and is better when frying.
- We put a frying pan with plenty of oil to heat over medium heat. When it is hot we will add the mushrooms in batches, we let them batter on all sides until they are well browned.
- We will have a plate with a sheet of kitchen paper, we will put the mushrooms as they come out of the pan so that they release the excess oil.
- When we have all the mushrooms we serve them in a platter. If it is for an aperitif we can accompany them with a mayonnaise sauce, tomato sauce ...
