Ingredients
- 350 grams of rice
- 300 grams of minced beef
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cebolla
- 500 grams of tomato sauce
- 300 ml of water
- 1 tablet of concentrated broth
- 25 grams of butter
- 60 grams of grated cheese
- Oregano, ground white pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
- The first step is peel the onion, cut it into thin slices and put it in the pot in which we will cook with the 25 grams of butter and with the 2 cloves of garlic chopped. We will hope that I know poche all a little and then we will add the minced meat.
