Ingredients
- 200g of blueberries.
- 4 scoops of yogurt ice cream
- 4 natural skimmed yogurts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Mint leaves
Crafting
With the sugar and 100ml, make a syrup. Add the clean blueberries, reserving a little, and cook for a few minutes over high heat.
Blend and add half of the syrup to the yogurts and ice cream and beat everything. THE other half to decorate.
Leave in the freezer for an hour, remove and mix again. Divide the smoothie into glasses, pour a little of the syrup on top and garnish with the mint and blueberries.
