Black pudding stew

photo (2)

There are days when what the body asks you for a caloric pump to achieve the goals of the day (work, family, home) and this black pudding stew is possibly one of the tastiest fuels on my list of stews to regain strength. Do not forget that blood sausage is one of the foods of animal origin richest in iron (it provides us with 14 mg / 100 grams of food). So is there someone home with anemia or weaker than usual, this stew will 'resurrect' you. And you dear runner (corridor of all the life of God), eat a good black pudding to regain strength man!

These days I am preparing many recipes for rich, healthy and low-calorie spoon dishes (because of the rebound effect of the bikini operation). Pay close attention to this blog on even-numbered days of each month!
