On many occasions, when for health or image we put ourselves to diet, chicken happens to be one of the foods we see the most per week. Either breast or thigh, we usually eat it two to three times a week, especially in those more strict diets.
When we are in the first or second week of the diet, nothing happens, we tolerate it easily, but when we are already in the third week and chicken is still one of the most frequent main meals, we get tired of always eating the same thing. So that this does not happen to us, I have found the key: the black garlic. It gives a exquisite taste, both to chicken and to any meat in general and it is delicious.
- 1 kg. chicken breast
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Black garlic
- You can make the chicken breasts as you like the most. If they are chopped you can make them in plan skewer, but in my case they were cut into sheets.
- A little olive oil is added to a roasting pan or one electric ironSimply so they don't stick and the chicken breasts are roasted one by one.
- When they are moderately done, we cut a black garlic each one and with the help of a fork we will crumble it all over the breast. They are quite cute and with the heat of the fire it will not be difficult for us to do so.
- We will make the breasts according to the taste of the person but I do not recommend making them too much so that black garlic does not burn.
