The black butter sauce is a very simple, aromatic and tasty preparation that is excellent to accompany all kinds of boiled vegetables or some fish cooked in the oven.
Ingredients:
180 grams of butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 teaspoons capers
11/2 tablespoon white vinegar
Preparation:
In a saucepan, melt the butter until it turns a very dark brown color and then add the chopped parsley and the previously chopped capers. Stir the ingredients and place the preparation in a sauce boat.
In the same pot, pour the white vinegar and once it is hot add it to the sauce and stir. Finally, bring the black butter sauce to the table so that each diner can sauté their plate of food at will.
