Ingredients
  • 2 envelopes of flan preparation
  • 1 liter ¼ of milk
  • 120 gr. sugar
  • Maria cookies 2 packages
  • Liquid candy

Preparation
  1. To make our flan, the first thing will be to put the liter of milk in a saucepan, add about 10-12 biscuits in pieces, we can crush them or let them dissolve together with the milk.
  2. We put the saucepan on the fire, we add the sugar, we will stir until it warms up and dissolves the sugar.
  3. While in another bowl we put the rest of the milk, a quarter and we will add the two envelopes of flan and dissolve the content of them.
  4. When we see that the milk begins to boil with the cookies, we will add the contents of the bowl and stir without stopping until the herb is removed from the heat.
  5. In a round mold we will put the liquid caramel in the bottom.
  6. We will put a layer of cookies and cover with a part of the flan, then another of cookies and another of flan.
  7. And so on until all the flan is finished.
  8. We leave it in the fridge for 4-6 hours or until serving time. We will put a plate or source to put the flan on the mold and we turn it. This is how the cookies will be down.
