Biscuit and chocolate flan cake

Ingredients
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 envelopes of flan preparation (Potax. Royal ..)
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 packet of cookies
  • ½ glass of milk
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 100 ml. whipping cream
  • 100 ml. chocolate to melt

Preparation
  1. To prepare the biscuit and chocolate flan cake, we will start by putting a saucepan to heat.
  2. We will put 700 ml. milk over medium heat with the tablespoons of sugar. We will be stirring.
  3. While the milk in the saucepan is heating, we will put the rest of the liter milk in a bowl in which we will put the 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and the two envelopes of flan. We will beat it until it is well discarded. When the milk in the saucepan is hot we will add what we have beaten from the cornstarch and the envelopes, we will stir little by little until it begins to thicken, it should not boil. When it is we take it out of the fire.
  4. We take a mold, we will spread it with a little butter so that it unmolds better. We will put the other part of milk to wet the cookies and we will put them in the base of the mold.
  5. We put a part of the flan on top of the cookies, another of flan and so on until we finish covering the flan cake
  6. We put the cream and the chocolate in a bowl to heat or microwave, we will stir until the chocolate is well discarded.
  7. We cover the flan cake with the chocolate.
  8. We chop some cookies, we decorate with crushed cookies.
  9. We will put it in the fridge until it is very cold.
