Bimi sautéed with soy sauce. The bimi is a vegetable that we have recently in the market, they call it the super vegetables because it contains many properties and vitamins that are very good for our health. This wild vegetable from Spain is known by the name of broccolini.

An easy vegetable to prepare, se can be cooked, grilled, in salad, in sauce…. A few days ago I tried this vegetable accompanying a grilled meat. It tastes very similar to broccoli and is very good.

A vegetable for accompany any meat or fish dish or for a stir fry. This recipe that I bring you is simple and quick to make.

Ingredients
  • 2 packs of bimis
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • A splash of soy sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoons of water
  • Oil and pepper
  • Assorted seeds

Preparation
  1. To prepare the bimis sautéed with soy, we will start by washing the bimis under the tap with water.
  2. We put a wide casserole so that they take well, we add a little water and when it starts to boil we add the bimis. We will let them cook until they are al dentes or tender, we will have them between 6-8 minutes. When they are we take them out and drain well.
  3. On the other hand, we laminate the garlic, we put a satin with a little oil, we add the rolled garlic so that they release flavor without letting them brown too much.
  4. Add the bimis to the pan, sauté them with the garlic and let it brown a little, add the soy sauce to taste, a jet and 3-4 tablespoons of water, let it cook for a few minutes, add a little pepper, salt not necessary as soy sauce is salty.
  5. When the bimis are ready, add some assorted seeds or sesame seeds to give it a crisp touch.
  6. If you like the spicy touch, you can add a few pieces of chilli when we put the garlic.
  7. And ready to eat!!!
