  • 400- 500 gr of pork ribs
  • 1 can of beer
  • 4 potatoes
  • shawl
  • pepper
  • butter

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven to 180º
  2. We smear the baking tray with butter
  3. We smear the ribs with butter
  4. We salt them
  5. Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters and place around the rack
  6. We empty a can of beer on the ribs and put in the oven for 30 minutes
  7. Turn the ribs and potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes
  8. To finish cooking, let it brown on the grill for 5-10 minutes and READY!
