Ingredients
- 8-10 beef steaks
- 2 onions
- 1 bottle of beer
- A can of mushrooms
- A glass of water
- A loaf of beef broth
- Flour (XNUMXg)
- Oil, salt and pepper
- Long cooked rice
Preparation
- We put a frying pan to heat with oil, we pass the fillets through flour and brown them over high heat on both sides. They are removed and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- In the same oil, fry the peeled onions and cut into thin strips, until they are soft, when they begin to take color we will put the rolled canned mushrooms, sauté.
- We put the meat and add the beer, we let the alcohol evaporate a few minutes, we put a glass of water about 150 ml. and when it starts to boil we put the stock cube, leave it over low heat until the sauce reduces about 20 minutes, we taste the salt and rectify.
- We can mash the sauce before serving.
- The fillets are transferred to a platter, covered well with the sauce and onions and we can accompany it with a long cooked rice or some fried potatoes cut into squares and also some sautéed vegetables.
- It is served very warm.
