Taking advantage of these last rains, I went out for mushrooms and the result was not bad at all. So I thought about preparing a delicious recipe with some of the mushrooms that I found, specifically the beef tongue.
It is a simple recipe based on this rich mushroom, beef tongue with potatoes and black sausage. As you can see, the ingredients are nothing to write home about, since if you don't have mushrooms like the ones in the image, you can use other more commercial ones, such as mushrooms, chanterelles or girgola. As always we go shopping and we organize a little time for its preparation.

We take the mushrooms and We cut them into more or less regular and small pieces. While a pan with a little oil is heating, we salt them and add them to make them.
Now we cut potatoes and black sausageWe can boil them together so that the flavor of the potatoes improves.
When we have both parts ready, we can now assemble the plate. In my case, I prepare it separately, because tastes rule the table and in this case everyone likes to enjoy their own mixes.
