Beef stew with potatoes and artichokes

Beef stew with potatoes and artichokes

Today I bring you this simple but delicious recipe for beef stew with potatoes and artichokes. A very tasty spoon dish that is perfect for warming up the body in the middle of the cold season. This recipe is very simple, but it is important to choose the meat well so that it is very tender. To make sure it's the beef you need, just ask the butcher for beef for stew.

To cook this stew you have two options, one of them is the one that I have used in this case, which is using the pressure cooker. But if you don't have it or do you prefer to cook over low heatYou can do it without problem, only you will have to let the meat cook without adding the potatoes or the artichokes, for at least 1 hour. When there are about 20 minutes to turn off the heat, add the rest of the ingredients.

As a final trick, if you let that the stew rest a few minutes before serving, the sauce will be thicker and much tastier. Hands to the kitchen!
