Ingredients
- 500 gr. of veal to cook
- 1 cebolla
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 150 ml. white wine
- Carrots 2
- 4 potatoes
- A spurt of oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- We clean the carrots and cut them into pieces or slices.
- Peel the onion and cut very small.
- Salt pepper the meat.
- In a plate we put the flour and we pass the pieces of veal.
- We put a casserole with a jet of oil over medium high heat, when it is hot we add the pieces of meat and brown them.
- When the meat is golden, add the chopped onion and carrot. We leave everything to sauté together.
- We peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- When the onion is poached, add the fried tomato, stir everything and then add the potatoes, stir for a few minutes, add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate.
- When the alcohol has evaporated, we add water or broth, everything must be well covered. Cover the casserole and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
- After this time we look at how the potatoes and meat are, especially the meat must be tender, depending on how we see it, we let it cook a little longer.
- We taste salt and rectify.
