That everyone loves pizza that's for sure, but how do you make the perfect dough? To get started on this homemade pizza, we present this basic pizza dough. We like the dough to be thin and crunchy, and with this dough we achieve this. It is very easy to make pizza at home, so we encourage all of you to flour your countertops and knead willingly!

What do you need? To start, it would be good to have a rolling pin, a bottle of wine is enough 😉 And of course to have the ingredients from this short list, but the most important thing is the ingredients that you put in its base, we like them very simple with tomato, cheese, and previously roasted vegetables. A delight!

Ingredients
  • 125-150 ml of warm water
  • 250 gr of strength flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry baker's yeast
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  2. In a large bowl put the flour and dry yeast, mix. Make a hole in the center and add the salt and oil. Add water little by little and start mixing to form the dough. The amount of water is indicative, so always in the masses add the liquid little by little and see what you need.
  3. Knead until we have a smooth dough, without lumps and that does not stick in the hands, this will take a few minutes.
  4. When the dough is ready, put it in a greased bowl and let it rise, in an hour it will have doubled in volume.
  5. Dump the dough on the clean and floured worktop, knead for a couple of minutes. Spread with the help of a roller to give it the desired shape. Bon Appetite!
