Banana and orange smoothie to recharge batteries

Banana and orange smoothie

The fruit smoothies they are my ally when it comes to recharging my batteries after a workout. Creamy and smooth, they can be made with any fruit or fruit mix; They admit many combinations and the result is seldom unfavorable. You can take them cold in summer and with seasonal fruits in winter.

The banana it is perhaps the most common fruit in my smoothies; it is also a fantastic opportunity to use those who are already too mature to eat otherwise. Add a yogurt and a little milk and you will get with simple ingredients, a great result. Dare to combine it with other fruits;  with strawberries, mango, orange, peach ... take advantage of what you have in the fruit bowl!

Ingredients

For two people

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Crafting

We start by preparing the fruit. We peel both the banana and the orange and the we cut into quarters to add to the blender (or mixer)

Next we add the yogurt, milk and a teaspoon of honey. We start the blender or blender and blend until achieving a creamy and smooth mixture.

We test and rectify adding a little more honey if necessary.

We serve at the moment, at room temperature.

Notes

  • In summer you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes or add some crushed ice to take it cold.
  • If you don't have honey at home, you can substitute sugar for it.

I did it, and it came out awful, the blender left pieces because they couldn't be cut and when I tried it it was horrible: c
