Today we are going to elaborate a recipe that I love, like most of the ones I share with you of course, but this one has a special touch for me.
Some delicious stuffed potatoes in the oven. If only with the name, we can see that it is a delicious recipe. As always, we buy what we need and organize our time.

Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 large potatoes
- 250g minced meat
- a can of crushed tomato
- oil and salt
- grated cheese
We already have the ingredients, so we get to it. The recipe itself is not complicated at all. We just have to keep in mind that it is better boil the potatoes with the skin to be able to empty them better and not prick them while they cook because otherwise the skin will break.
Well, we put the potatoes to boil and the minced meat to cook in a pan. We let both be done.
Now we make the sauce to add it to the minced meat, We just have to go through the first, a little tomato, some wine, salt, onion and ready to add to the meat.
When we have the boiled potatoes we cut them in half and empty them, taking care that they do not break. We save what we get from inside to use it later.
When we have the empty potatoes, we add part of the emptied to minced meat, mix well and it will be ready to fill.
We take the potatoes and we start to fill them a little so that we have enough filling for all of us.
We place them on a baking sheet and we add a little grated cheese to them, which will give it a special touch and they will be ready to bake.
We will only give them a touch of gratin and we can serve them now.
As you can see, it is a simple recipe to prepare, so I can only wish you good luck. And tell you that what we have left over from the potatoes after emptying them, can be recycled, with a rich sauté to taste.

Excellent and very simple recipe!
Vegetarians can fill them with legumes (beans, chickpeas) and the rest of the procedure is the same, it is also delicious. 🙂
