Today I wanted to bring you a very quick dinner for when there is a lot of hustle and bustle and there is not much time to make a very difficult and laborious recipe. In addition, this recipe children will love, since his favorite food is sausages in most cases.

Ingredients

Preparation

We will see 2 tablespoons of the sauce on each of all the potatoes, but not all, we will reserve sauce to add little by little while it is in the oven, so they will not be dry. We will put them in the oven at 180º C for about 10-15 minutes or until we see that when we prick with a toothpick it is not hard.

As I have already told you, every 5 minutes we will take a tablespoon or two of the salsa over the potatoes, like this until done.

At the same time, in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil we will make the sausages. The sausages that I have chosen are the typical fat ones called batons. We make cross cuts along the sausage and put it in the pan. We will do it round and round for 5 minutes.
