We heat the oven to 200 º. We salt the meat with fine salt.
Before placing the food inside the roasting bag, we turn the top edge outward about five cm, so we will keep it open and it will be easier for us to introduce the ingredients.
Once the bag is open, we place the meat on the bottom and add the dry seasonings, mustard, barbecue sauce with honey, onion and garlic cut in half. Finally we add the mint leaves and close it with its seal. We stir the content to distribute the seasonings well inside.
We arrange the bag in a baking dish, and we make a cut in the upper corner to allow the steam to escape.
We put the dish in the middle part of the pre-heated oven, never more than 200º. We position it so that it is not in contact with any hot element.
The cooking time depends on the tastes of each one, for a kilo we should control the cooking at 40 minutes. We introduce a knife and if red juice comes out it is still raw, if it is brown it will be ready and if it is dry, it has passed us.
