Baked mushrooms with lemon and thyme, done in 15 minutes
The mushrooms they are a good accompaniment; with them you can elaborate delicious sauces that will serve as a garnish for red meat or pasta dishes. However, it is also possible to enjoy mushrooms as a dish, enhancing their flavor.
One of the freshest ways to cook mushrooms and preserve their flavor that I know is this one that I present to you today with lemon and thyme. You can serve it as a plate or on top of some toast as a starter. 15 minutes of oven It will be enough to have this recipe ready.

Ingredients
For 4-6 people
- 1/2 Kg. Of mushrooms
- 1 Lemon
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 50 g. grated Parmesan cheese
- Sal Island
- Pepper
Crafting
We preheat the oven at 200º.
In a small bowl we mix the lemon zest with the thyme and oil and reserve.
We wash the mushrooms and laminate them, arranging them on a baking tray. We water them with half of our lemon, thyme and oil mixture, season and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
After those 10 minutes, we open the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan, cooking the mushrooms in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the other half of the lemon, thyme and oil mixture before serving.
Notes
It is important that you distribute the mushrooms well on the baking tray so that they do not create layers and they cook evenly.
