Ingredients
  • 400 gr. macaroni
  • 300 gr. mixed meat (beef-pork)
  • A jar of fried tomato

  • 100g. of butter
  • 1L. milk

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to put the pasta to cook, we put the macaroni with boiling water, with a little salt.
  2. In a frying pan we will poach the chopped onion and then we will put the minced meat.
  3. When we see that the meat is loose and takes color, we will put the fried tomato sauce, it can be homemade or bought, a little salt and pepper we will let it cook over medium heat.
  4. After about 10 minutes you taste the salt and put it to your liking.
  5. When they are the macaroni, you put them to drain well and we mix it with the meat, we put it on a baking tray.
  6. We prepare the bechamel, in a saucepan or frying pan we put the butter over medium heat.
  7. When it has melted, we will add the flour, stir well and let it cook and take on a little color.
  8. We will pour the milk little by little, which we will have previously heated in the microwave and we will not stop stirring with the rod.
  9. We will add the salt and the nutmeg. When it is thick and to our liking, it will be ready.
  10. If it makes lumps with the flour, pass the mixer and it will be good.
  11. We cover the pasta with the sauce and a little grated cheese, put it in the oven and leave it until it is golden brown.
  12. We serve very hot.
