Baked hake with chard garnish

A rich complete dish, so as not to dirty the kitchen so much since you will only dirty the oven plate and the oven only. This tasty dish will serve you 4 to 5 servings, it is a complete dish, you do not need to be thinking about what to accompany it

Ingredients

1 piece of hake of 1 and 1/2 kilo
2 large bundle of cooked chard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 glass of low calorie broth
Sal Island
Pepper
2 Bay leaves

Preparation

Put the oil in a hot roasting pan and brush to spread. Put the fish, the pepper, the salt and the bay leaf in a strong oven, cook 5 minutes.

Add the broth and the previously seasoned chard and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes. Serve in a large bowl with the chopped chard mattress and the cooking juice, on top of the fish. Take to the table very hot.
