Baked hake

Today we are going to prepare a baked hake, accompanied by some potatoes, onions and some peeled prawns, a complete and very good dish. You can put more vegetables and so it will be a very healthy dish prepared in the oven.

For this dish we can use other fish such as monkfish, sea bream... We can also use frozen fish. A dish that we can prepare for any occasion, it is perfect to prepare a family meal or dinner, we will look very good.

Ingredients
  • 1 hake
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 garlic
  • parsley
  • shawl
  • oil
  • peeled prawns

Preparation
  1. First we will prepare the potatoes, we will cut them into slices, place them on a baking tray, then we will cut the onion and mix them with the potatoes, add a splash of oil and salt and place it in the oven at 180ºC.
  2. We put in the oven for about 20 minutes, while apart, we chop the garlic and parsley, we chop it in a mortar and we mix it with a glass of white wine.
  3. We clean the fish, and cut it into slices, or put it into fillets, removing the spine from the center and leaving the loins clean.
  4. After this time the potatoes will be almost there, we will put the hake pieces on top of the potato base and the prawns, we water everything with the garlic, parsley and the white wine and we put it back in the oven at the same temperature.
  5. We will leave it until the fish is done for about 20 minutes, or depending on how you like it when cooked. Do not go over the oven, because the fish can be very dry.
  6. We remove from the oven.
  7. We will serve right away.
  8. And our fish with potatoes and baked prawns will be ready, a delicious, delicious dish !!!
