- 3 potatoes
- ½ glass of white wine
- 2 garlic

- oil
- 200 gr. peeled prawns
Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
- We put the potatoes in the baking dish where we are going to put the fish, we sprinkle them with a little oil and salt, we put them in the oven at 200ºC for 10-15 minutes, they should be almost done. Prick with a fork when they are soft we remove them.
- In a mortar we chop the garlic and the parsley, crush a little and add the soft wine.
- We put the fish fillets on top of the potatoes, we add the dressing on top, a little salt and oil, we put it in the oven until the fish is done. About 10-15 minutes will depend on the thickness of the fish. You do not have to leave it too long, as it will stay dry.
- On the other hand, in a frying pan with a good jet of oil, sauté the prawns with a little garlic and parsley.
- When the fish is ready, we remove from the oven and add the prawns on top. We serve very hot.
- Ready to eat!!!!
